1. Service Description

Your Life Anthem ("we", "our", "the Service") provides AI-generated personalized songs. Users answer questions about their life, and our AI creates custom lyrics and music based on those answers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. How It Works

You provide personal information through our questionnaire
AI (Claude by Anthropic) generates personalized song lyrics
AI (Suno) generates music with vocals based on those lyrics
You receive a downloadable MP3 file of your song

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and charged at the time of purchase
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Each purchase is for one (1) AI-generated song
Prices may change at any time; existing orders are not affected

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our product, all sales are final
If there is a technical error and your song was not generated, you will receive a full refund
If you are unsatisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days at support@yourlifeanthem.com and we will either regenerate your song or issue a refund at our discretion

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide (your answers)
By submitting your answers, you grant us permission to use them solely for generating your song
We do not store your answers longer than necessary to complete your order
You are responsible for ensuring your answers do not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content

7. Song Ownership and License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your generated song
You may: listen to it, share it on social media, use it as a personal gift, play it at private events
You may NOT: sell the song, claim you composed/performed it, use it in commercial advertising, upload it to music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as your own work
The underlying AI-generated music and vocals remain subject to Suno AI's terms of service

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All songs are generated by artificial intelligence
Results may vary in quality and may not perfectly match expectations
We do not guarantee that AI vocals will perfectly pronounce all words in all languages
Generated songs may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect elements

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Generate content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
Impersonate another person without their consent
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our systems

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service beyond the amount you paid for the specific song in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
